Check your junk folder. If you cannot find it, please send an email to garbagedisposal@walkerfire.org and ask for your password to be reset. Please include your full name and password.

How to I put the app on my phone?

The easiest way to do this is download the “Master Lock VAULT” app directly onto your phone and follow the setup instructions we have on the Walker Trash Collection Services website.

Do I need Wifi or Cell coverage to use the locks?

No you do not as they connect to your phone using Bluetooth. You just need to make sure your Blue tooth is turned on.

When you are setting up or using the app on your phone If you’re seeing a “Master Lock Vault invalid organization ID, email, or password” message, it means that the information you entered when trying to log in to your Master Lock Vault account is incorrect; double-check that you’ve typed your Organization ID, email address, and password accurately, and if you’re still having trouble, try resetting your password using the “Forgot Password” option on the login page.

Most of the time the trouble new subscribers are having when signing up is the password make sure if it shows a zero (0) you enter a zero and if it shows the letter O you enter that letter.

What if my phone’s Bluetooth isn’t working?

If you phone is connected to any other Bluetooth devices, you will need to disconnect those devices to be able to connect to the locks. For example, if you have it connected to your cars audio / Bluetooth system, or a headset, you will need to turn your car of so your phone can connect with the locks.

Make sure your phone is sufficiently charged. In phone’s settings, make sure that Bluetooth is turned on. If you can’t turn Bluetooth on, try restarting your phone and then relaunch the app. The Bluetooth^® locks are designed to work with devices that are built to Bluetooth^® v4.0 (or higher) specifications and implement the capability to communicate with Bluetooth^®peripherals. iOS and Android platforms are currently supported.

iOS Version: 10 or later. Device: 6 or later.
Android Version: 5 or later. Device: Various.
Web Management: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer (Edge).

You can determine your device’s OS version in your phone’s settings.

I want to change my password…

Go into your Master Lock Vault App.

Open up Settings

Go to “Change Password”

Enter your old password or if you have just had it re-set use the temporary password you received from Master Lock Vault.

Enter your new password using the password requirements outlined below

Confirm your new password

Hit submit on the screen.

New Password requirements –

8 to 128 characters

Contains an uppercase letter

Contains a lowercase letter

Contains a number

Contains a special character

New password may not repeat a character more than three times.

New password may not contain number sequences longer than two numbers.

I forgot my password…

– You can request a password recovery email if you’ve forgotten your password by pressing the “Forgot Password?” link under the “Sign In” button on the Web or in the App.

– Enter your email address and press “send”, and the system will send a new temporary password to that email address.

– Sign in using that temporary password before it expires, and you’ll be asked to change your password to something new.

Open the App and Enter the Organization ID: WTCS, your email address and your password.
